Supplies Needed:
Tubes of your choice. I used Jay Trembly tube art. You must have a license to use his art which you can get purchase: http://www.scrapsandthecity.com

Mask of choice. I used my mask# 70, which you can get here: http://mistressv-signaturecollections.blogspot.com/
Plug-ins Xero – Bad Dream
Font of your choice.
Let's begin shall we.
Open new image 600x600.
Select paper#4. Apply my mask#70. Merge mask layer visible.
Select ele#49, no need to resize. Copy and paste to upper right side of tag. Re-select mirror image and copy and paste to upper left side of tag.
Select ele#1, no need to resize. You are going to make a frame out of these flowers. Keep rotating to the right until you make a frame. Copy and paste each piece to the center of the tag.
Select your tube, resizing will vary. Copy and paste behind the flower frame. Erase any unwanted exposure. You want it to look like your tube is coming out of the frame.
Select ele#7, no need to resize. Copy and paste at bottom of your flower frame in center.
Select ele#48, resize to (200x129). Copy and paste 3 times. One to the bottom left side of tag, one in center at the bottom and one to the right bottom side.
Select ele#5, resize to (200x128) Copy and paste to lower left side of tag on top of leaves. Reselect, mirror image and copy and paste to lower right side of tag on top of leaves.
Add name, url, copywrite and watermark.
Merge all layers.
Go to effects, plugins, xero, Bad Dream. Play with the settings until you find the look you want, then apply.
Resize, to the size you want your finished tag to be.
Save as PNG.
Save as PNG.
And woohoo, you are finished!
