Supplies Needed:
I am using a beautiful tube by Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his art which you can get here: http://psptubesemporium.com
PTU Scrapkit called If I Died Young from Butterfly Kisses Scraps  You can find this kit here: http://bkscraps.blogspot.com/  Thanks Deanna
Mask of choice. I used my mask# 62, which you can get here:
Plug-ins Xero – Bad Dream
 Font of your choice.
Let's begin shall we.
Open new image 600x600.
Select paper# 14. Apply my mask#62. Merge mask layer visible. Add a drop shadow.
Select frame#4, no need to resize. Copy and paste on top of mask.
Select rose, no need to resize. Copy and paste on top of frame#4. Add a drop shadow.
Select Leaves#3, no need to resize. Copy and paste behind the rose on the upper right hand side. Erase any excess you might have. Reselect again. This time flip leaves. Copy and paste behind the rose on the lower left side. You will have to turn your leaves to make it look right. Erase any excess leaves you do not want showing. Add a drop shadow to both leaves.
Select you tube, resizing will vary. I picked a tube that is lying down. Copy your tube behind the rose. Erase the rose to expose your tube.
Merge all layers.
Go to effects, plugins, xero, Bad Dream. Play with the settings until you find the look you want, then apply.
Add circle text, font and size of your liking.  Words, Lay me down in a bed of roses… Add a drop shadow.
Merge all layers.
Add name, url, copywrite and watermark.
Merge all layers.
Resize, to the size you want your finished tag to be.

Save as PNG.
And woohoo, you are finished!
