I am using a beautiful tubes by Robert Alvarado. You must have a license to use his art which you can get here: http://psptubesemporium.com
PTU Scrapkit called Sweet As Candy by Stefs Scrapkits.  You can find this kit here: http://stefs-scrapkits.blogspot.com/ . Thanks Stef!
I used my FTU Template called I Want Candy, which you can get http://mistressv-signaturecollections.blogspot.com/
Mask of choice. I used my mask# 9, which you can get here: http://mistressv-signaturecollections.blogspot.com/

Font of your choice.
Let's begin shall we.
Open template, select your papers to fill your template. Deselect background. I have selected the following. Pap01 for right and left pic. Pap13 for left circle. Pap11 for right circle. Pap05 for oval. Pap05 for pink text. Pap04 for white text. Add a drop shadow to each element of the template.
Open a new layer, 600x600. Select pap09. Apply to my mask#9. Merge mask layer visible. Copy and paste behind template.
Select ele#62, no need to resize. Copy and paste on top of mask.
Select ele#67, resize to (500x233). Copy and paste on top of oval.
Select ele#59, no need to resize. Copy and paste behind right and left pic.
Select your different tubes. I have used 3 by the same artist. Resizing will vary. I selected two to go into the right and left pic elements, and one to go in front. Add a drop shadow to the one in front.
Select different candy elements from the kit. Resize them in different sized and place randomly around your tag. Add a drop shadow to them if you wish.
Add name, url, copywrite and watermark.
Merge all layers.
Add a drop shadow.
Resize, to the size you want your finished tag to be.

Save as PNG.
And woohoo, you are finished!
