Supplies Needed:
Tubes of your choice. I used the art of Hellonlegs. Which you can get here: http://www.deviantart.com/
PTU Scrapkit called Blue Bubble World by Stefs Scrapkits. You can find this kit here: http://stefs-scrapkits.blogspot.com/ . Thanks Stef!
Mask of choice. I used my mask# 6, which you can get here: http://mistressv-signaturecollections.blogspot.com/
Font of your choice.
Jasc Animation Shop.

Let's begin shall we.
Open a new image, 600x600.
Select paper#10, resize to (600x600). Copy and paste to new image.
I used paper#7. Apply my mask#6. Merge mask layer visible.
Select element#35, resize to (600x600). Copy and paste on top of mask, in the center.
Select element#19, no need to resize. Copy and paste on top of bubble.
Select element#07, no need to resize. Copy and paste at lower right side of tag.
Select tube, resizing will vary. Copy and paste to left side of tag.
Select element#48, resize to (100x100). Copy and paste onto tubes hand.
Merge all layers.
Add name, url, copywrite and watermark.
Animation
Copy Merge your image over into animation shop and duplicate it 7 times. Open up the bling, rotate it to the right. Delete the 1st layer on it. It is black. Edit - Select the first 7 layers of the bling. Copy the bling and paste in the spot in front of the wond.
Check animation save as gif.
And woohoo, you are finished!
