Supplies Needed:
Tubes of your choice. I used Keith Garvey Tubes art. You must have a license to use his art which you can get here: http://psptubesemporium.com Font of your choice.
Let's begin shall we.
Open a new image, 600x600.
I used paper#01. Apply my mask#90. Merge mask layer visible.
Select ele#50, no need to resize. Copy and paste on top of mask.
Select ele#44, no need to resize. Copy and paste to left side of tag.
Select ele#34, resize to (500x414). Copy and paste to center of tag.
Select ele#27, no need to resize. Copy and paste to top of tag.
Select paper#07, resize to (500x500). Copy and paste behind frame. Erase any excess you do not need.
Select ele#20, no need to resize. Cope and paste twice, once to upper right side of tag and again to bottom left side of tag.
Select ele#14, resize to (200x200). Copy and paste to bottom of frame on left side.
Select ele#46, resize to (200x200). Copy and paste twice, once to upper right side of tag and again to bottom left side of tag.
Select tube, resizing will vary. Copy and paste to make it look like they are coming out of the frame. Erase any excess you do not need.
Add name, url, copywrite and watermark.
Merge all layers.
Resize, to the size you want your finished tag to be.
Save as PNG.
And woohoo, you are finished!
