 Let's begin shall we.
I am going to do this tutorial a little different. The whole point in this tutorial is to show the artist in you. So, in saying this… I am only going to give you the basics to bring out your creativity.
 Let's begin shall we.
Open a new image,  600x600.
In your new image, pick out different colors of paper from this kit. Select your font you want to use. I picked a wide font. Type the words The Artist In Me. You can do it separately and save as a png. That is what I did. I saved it as wordart. Set aside for later.
Open a new image, 600x600.
Select your tube, resize to fit (600x600). Copy and paste to your new image.
Select your freehand selection tool, trace around the easel canvas. Select a color that will match our elements and fill the canvas with that color using your fill bucket. If you don’t have a tube with an easel, you can pick one from the kit. Remember this is all about creativity
Now this is where the creativity comes in. Pick the elements from the scrap kit. Arrange them any way you want. Just fill up the canvas of your easel. Once you have it the way you want. Merge all layer.
Select your word art, resize to where it will fit your canvas. Copy and paste it on top of your canvas. Add a drop shadow to the word art. Merge all layers. Save it as a png and name it “tubetag”, and set aside for future use.
Open a new image, 600x600.
Select paper#5. Apply weescotslass mask#62. Merge mask layer visible.
Select paper #24. Apply to weescotslass mask #94. Merge mask layer visible.
Select your word art, resize to (600x600). Copy and paste on top of masks.
Select your “tubetag” that you have set aside for future use. Copy and paste it on top of your masks and “wordart”.
Merge all layers.
Go to effects, plugins, xero, Bad Dream. Play with the settings until you find the look you want, then apply.
Add name, url, copywrite and watermark.
Merge all layers.

Resize, to the size you want your finished tag to be.

Save as PNG.
And woohoo, you are finished!

Open a new image (800x800).
Select paper# 13, resize to (800x800). Copy and paste to new image.
Select easel, resize to (550x910). Copy and paste on top of paper.
Merge all layers.
Go to effects, plugins, xero, Bad Dream. Use as setting you used for your tag.

Select finished tag, resize to (400x400). Copy and paste to center of paper.
Merge all layers.
Save as a jpeg.
And woohoo, you are finished!
