Mask of choice. I used my mask# 3, which you can get here: http://mistressv-signaturecollections.blogspot.com/
Plug-ins Xero – Bad Dream
Font of your choice.
Let's begin shall we.
Open new image as 600x600.
I used PFK-pp6. Apply my mask#3. Merge mask layer visible.
Select PFK-el56, no need to resize. Copy and paste to upper left side of tag under the mask. Reselect and do the same on the right side of tag. Add drop shadows to both.
Select PFK_fr2, resize to (500x492). Copy and paste on top of mask. Add a drop shadow.
Select tube, resizing will vary. Copy and paste on top of frame. Add a drop shadow.
Select PFK_el52, no need to resize. Copy and paste to right side of tag. Add a drop shadow.
Select PFK-el20, resize to (100x298). I copy and pasted to upper left side of tag. I erased the stem of the globe so that it looked like an orb. I added a drop shadow.
Select PFK_el21, no need to resize. Copy and paste in center of tag. Add a drop shadow.
Add name, url, copywrite and watermark.
Merge all layers.
Go to effects, plugins, xero, Bad Dream. Play with the settings until you find the look you want, then apply.
Resize, to the size you want your finished tag to be.

Save as PNG.
And woohoo, you are finished!
